About the project

Calypso is Nasdaq’s cross-asset, front-to-back capital-markets and treasury platform — trading, risk, collateral, treasury and processing — used by banks, asset managers and clearing houses, and spanning 12 product streams. As senior UX designer I led UX across two of them: Security Finance (repo & securities lending) and Collateral Management (margin, exposure and inventory).

What I did
  • Led end-to-end UX for the Sec Finance and Collateral Management streams within Calypso.
  • Designed margin, exposure-netting and collateral-inventory screens around straight-through-processing (STP) workflows.
  • Turned trade, maturity and lifecycle-event data into scannable, high-density blotters with drill-downs and P&L views.
  • Built on the product’s existing design system, reusing tokens and components for consistency across streams.
  • Partnered with product & engineering on data-heavy tables, keyboard-first flows and dev-ready specs, validated with traders and ops.
Impact & outcome
  • Brought two of Calypso’s 12 streams to a consistent, system-native experience.
  • Made margin, exposure and inventory legible at a glance for trading and post-trade teams.
  • Reduced UI drift and rework with reusable, design-system-aligned patterns.

About the project

A developer-centric platform for Ingenico’s payment solutions — transforming a fragmented developer portal into a unified, self-service ecosystem that takes developers from sign-up to a live “Hello World” integration in minutes, with test-terminal ordering, Cloud API documentation and an app showcase.

What I did
  • Led UX for a unified developer portal, replacing complex multi-product navigation with one ecosystem.
  • Ran research & discovery — interviews, analytics and competitive analysis — into personas, empathy and journey maps.
  • Designed self-service onboarding, Unified Access (SSO) and progressive access across products.
  • Streamlined the “zero to Hello World” flow — sign-up, test-terminal ordering and API documentation.
  • Rebuilt the design system and information architecture for consistency and mobile-first use.
Impact & outcome
  • Turned weeks of friction into minutes of flow for developer onboarding.
  • Cut support dependency with self-service tools and clearer documentation.
  • Established a reusable design system across the payment ecosystem.

About the project

Komatsu is a Japanese multinational that manufactures construction, mining, forestry and military equipment. As senior UX designer I developed the fleet dashboard — unifying machine details, telematics-driven health monitoring, coverage, alerts, parts inventory and bill of materials into a single, actionable view for mixed fleets.

What I did
  • Designed the fleet dashboard with machine details and real-time machine health monitoring — location, utilisation and maintenance history.
  • Built coverage management and alert systems for proactive, preventive maintenance.
  • Designed parts inventory management and bill of materials functionality.
  • Turned dense telematics data into maps, tables and charts readable at a glance.
  • Delivered responsive designs and dev-ready specs across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Impact & outcome
  • Gave fleet teams a single view of health, coverage, parts and alerts.
  • Enabled data-informed decisions that cut downtime and maximise utilisation.
  • Streamlined parts inventory and BOM management workflows.

About the project

Meet Hour is a browser-based, HD video-conferencing product — meetings for up to 500 participants with screen sharing, recording, live streaming, collaborative docs (LivePad) and branded rooms. As UX/UI designer I owned the meeting experience end to end, from the lobby to in-call controls.

What I did
  • Owned end-to-end UX — lobby, in-call controls, scheduling and post-call flows.
  • Designed the in-call experience — mute, share, participants, recording and live-streaming controls.
  • Built responsive layouts that scale from a 1:1 call to a 500-participant room.
  • Designed LivePad collaborative docs and branded, custom-URL room experiences.
  • Built a component library for consistent controls and states.
Impact & outcome
  • Streamlined core call actions for faster, error-free meetings.
  • Made the UI scale gracefully from small calls to large webinars.
  • Established a reusable component library for a consistent product.
